Return Process: After inspection, if the merchandise is inacceptable condition, a refund will be processed via the same payment channel used for the purchase.
Denial of Refund: If the product is found damaged, used, or any accessory is missing, the refund may be denied to the customer.
Shipping and Delivery: Orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt, and delivery usually takes 2-10 working days, depending on the location. If there is a delay in delivery due to the logistic partner, refunds will not be processed based on the delay. A convenience fee may be applicable for Postpaid orders if a refund is applicable.

If there are issues like physical damage, missing parts, defects, or discrepancies from the product deion, notify the company within 5 hours with the unboxing video for a resolution. Failure to do so will result in no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
