Return & Exchange Policy


Return Period: Customers can initiate hassle-free returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns: Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Damages due to the use or misuse of the product.
  • Products with tampered or missing price tags.
  • Products returned without the original case, invoice, and all other items originally included with the product.

Return Process: After inspection, if the merchandise is inacceptable condition, a refund will be processed via the same payment channel used for the purchase.

Denial of Refund: If the product is found damaged, used, or any accessory is missing, the refund may be denied to the customer.

Shipping and Delivery: Orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt, and delivery usually takes 2-10 working days, depending on the location. If there is a delay in delivery due to the logistic partner, refunds will not be processed based on the delay. A convenience fee may be applicable for Postpaid orders if a refund is applicable.

Disclaimer: 

We understand that at times, size or any other concern can be the reason for exchange. So, we do offer the same, but kindly note that the exchange process is time-consuming, which usually takes 10-15 working days to dispatch the replacement order.

Return Process:

Click on the Return/Exchange Link (Click here) and enter your Name, Email, Contact Number, along with your Order Number starting with # in the message section. You can also share any suggestions or experiences if you want to.

Once you have sent the return request, please allow us 24-48 hours to review it. You will receive a confirmation text message with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

Exchange Policy:

  • We provide free exchanges on all orders (i.e., no shipping charges apply).
  • No return/refund/exchange is applicable on orders sold at a 50% or above discount.

    Refund Options:

    • For prepaid orders, you can get a credit note or a refund after deducting a convenience fee of Rs. 150.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can get a credit note (minus shipping charges) or exchange for another product. No cash refunds are given for COD orders.

    Exceptions to Refunds:

    • Wrong or damaged products can be replaced, but no refunds are given.
    • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed for promotional, discounted, or exchanged products.
    • Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further exchanges or refunds are permitted.

    Special Circumstances:

    • If a wrong or faulty product is delivered, inform the company within 24 hours. They will arrange for a pickup and send the correct product within 3-5 working days. No refunds are given in this case.

    Packaging Concerns:

    • If the packaging is tampered with during delivery, do not accept the order. Contact the company immediately.

    Order Cancellation:

    • Hashtag Eyewear can cancel orders under specific circumstances. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items like storage boxes, sunglasses cases, and accessories cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
    • International orders can be refunded, but customers need to arrange the return themselves. A convenience fee is applicable for prepaid orders.

    Credit Note:

    • A credit note is issued for refunds, valid for 1 year. It can be used to purchase other items on the website.

    Customer Responsibilities:

    Customers are urged to make an unboxing video upon receiving the product. If there are issues like physical damage, missing parts, defects, or discrepancies from the product deion, notify the company within 5 hours with the unboxing video for a resolution. Failure to do so will result in no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
